We Need Your Help!

We need faith based partners and service organizations to help our refugees find affordable housing, household items, transportation, actual jobs and mentors who will guide them toward job stability after they have secured work. We need volunteers to share expertise in language, financial literacy and other topics essential for newcomers to the United States. Additionally, we need participation in our Friday morning food distribution as well as ongoing office secretarial duties.

Specifically, we need your leadership to help us mobilize community involvement in the deeply rewarding work of refugee resettlement.

Sponsoring Families

In California, only direct relatives can sponsor a refugee. If you have a relative who has been classified as a refugee and would like to know more about sponsoring them please call our office at (323) 667-0489 and ask for an appointment with the Program Director, Anna Baghdassarian or one of our case workers.
